What Happens During a Root Canal?
When you arrive for your appointment, one of our dentists will make sure you are comfortable in the treatment chair by providing local anesthesia as well as dental sedation should it be required. Once you are relaxed and ready to begin, we will make a small opening in the crown of the affected tooth. This will allow our team to access the inner layers and begin clearing out the decayed tissues.
